Who we are
Airday ("we", "us") builds an end-to-end encrypted, local-first
email/tasks app.

What we collect
- Join-waitlist: email address, confirmation status,
timestamp; minimal security logs (IP/UA) to prevent abuse.
- Site protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may process
technical signals to distinguish humans from bots.

By default, app data is end-to-end encrypted and stored locally
and/or encrypted on our servers.
Why we collect it

To send the double-opt-in email and, if you confirm, to email
you about major releases.
- To secure our forms and prevent spam/abuse.
Legal bases

Consent for waitlist emails (you can withdraw anytime via
unsubscribe).
- Legitimate interests for basic security/anti-abuse.
Sharing / processors
- Email & waitlist: Brevo (email delivery & list management)
- Hosting: DigitalOcean
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile
Vendors act as processors on our behalf and may process data in
other countries. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent
safeguards where required.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. We take steps to
protect it under applicable laws.
Retention
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or we sunset
the waitlist
- Security logs: short-term, for abuse detection and
auditing

- Unsubscribe any time via the link in our emails

Children
Not directed to children under 16; we don't knowingly collect their
data.
